Pay to ECS

THIS DOCUMENT IS FOR ECS KARACHI OFFICE ONLY.

For payments to other ECS centers, please contact the respective centers directly.

What is Included in the ECS Consultancy Fee:

Study Abroad ECS Application Processing Fee:

1. Identifying a suitable course and institution based on your budget and preferences.

   - We also offer discounted English test preparation classes and exam registrations through our sister company. For more details, visit us at our office.

2. Processing your applications to up to three ECS partner universities/courses.

3. Providing guidance on visa applications, required documents, and sample documents if needed.

4. Assisting with health insurance orders, filing visa applications online.

5. Helping with visa decisions, pre-departure support, airport pickup, accommodation booking, and connecting with Pakistani students.

6. Filing an appeal or reapplying in case of visa refusal.

Payment Instructions:

1. Always include your full name and the purpose of payment.

2. Email a copy of the receipt with your full name to info@ecsdu.org once you have made any payment to the ECS account, so we can match your payment.

3. Overseas payments may take up to 4-6 weeks to be confirmed if sent via swift transfer.

4. If we receive a lesser amount than required, we will notify you. It is your responsibility to ensure ECS receives the correct fee. Any bank charges or overseas conversion rates are the responsibility of the payer. ECS will only acknowledge payment once it is cleared and credited to its bank account.

5. For payments in foreign currency, please contact ECS to confirm the applicable exchange rates.

6. For any payments in foreign currency or inquiries about billing and receipts, contact ECS at: info@ecsedu.org beforehand.
